No matter how many times people are told to go deep to understand their feelings, it seems complicated for people to go beyond the fact that the situation was just too difficult for them. When we go one step further and fully feel what was the reason we thought it was difficult for us, we will start seeing the “difficult” scenario that we have created for ourselves.
