The next Full Moon happens at 27 degrees 59 minutes Libra on May 12, 2025 at 4:54 p.m. (UTC). Nakshatra is Vishakha, and Navamsha is Gemini.
On the last New Moon, we discussed the body. But what should we do if we do our best but still feel unwell? First, let us consider whether we are really doing our best. If there is anything we can improve towards healing, let us try it.
If doing what we consider our best does not work, one way is to accept the state of our body while trying to regain our natural healing ability. We all have karma that we have to go through, and that specific karma may cause some weak areas of the body not to function correctly. In that case, we can all do our best per our beliefs. Some people will go to the doctor and get medicine to suppress the symptoms, while others may rely on Ayurveda or Oriental medicine and/or try to improve their lifestyle.
People are vulnerable to change, so we may start resisting it by saying, “It is not possible that I have this illness.” However, since something has happened already, denial is a futile resistance. This is not limited to disease. Accepting a situation can be difficult at first, but once we get used to it, we will be able to consciously find a realistic solution by asking ourselves, “So what should I do next?” If our mind is confused because it is resisting in vain, we may be unable to find the next step. This full moon will give us a hint about such things. Om Shanti.
