Full Moon in Aquarius September 7/8, 2025

The next Full Moon is a total Lunar Eclipse happening on 7 September 2025 at 6.09 pm (UTC) at 21 degrees 10 minutes of Aquarius. Nakshatra is Purva Bhadra and Navamsha is Aries. This eclipse is mainly visible in Australasia, Asian countries and the Eastern part of Africa and Europe.

From the moment we are born, we are affected by the various filters, or illusions, that we carry within us.

If we have a filter that we are being made fun of, even when we receive a compliment, we’ll think, “That person made fun of me.” This is because we are viewing things through the filter of “being made fun of.” This leads to attracting events that make us feel that way. We become increasingly resentful, and take it out on others, creating a negative cycle.

To reduce these filters, we must make an effort to purify ourselves. To develop the ability to see things clearly, we need to purify our minds. Various techniques, such as meditation and yoga, are effective for this purification. We can also learn Jyotish to know about our tendencies and ourselves better.

Since this is a total lunar eclipse, unexpected events may happen depending on our natal chart. When something happens that upsets our emotions, if we can detach ourselves from those emotions and calmly ask ourselves, “Is there some kind of filter at work here?”, we can receive important insights about ourselves. Things may be unstable from now until the next new moon and solar eclipse in two weeks, so let us take a deep breath and try to act calmly. Om Shanti.
