The next Full Moon happens on June 29, 2026 at 23:57 UTC in Sagittarius 14°01′. The Nakshatra is Purva Ashadha, and the Navamsha is Leo.
Those of us who find change difficult may wish that things could simply stay as they are, without anything shifting. Yet as Buddhism teaches through the principle of anicca, or impermanence, all phenomena and conditions are in constant flux, never remaining the same even for a single moment. Change is not something we can choose or refuse; it is inevitable.
This Full Moon shows us the direction in which we are being called to grow. The winds are favourable for transformation right now. Yet it is we ourselves who choose whether to embrace that change or resist it: whether to remain as we have been, or to step forward into growth. This Full Moon brings hints and guidance about what we truly need in order to live with a smile on our faces. Om Shanti.
